Excellant room service food; very helpful staff
I generally eat well. The room service meal that I had at the hotel was the best I have ever had in my life, and I’m over 60. Further, I hurt my knee the day before I arrived at the hotel. The hotel staff were excellant and did everything they could to assist and ensure that I made my flight.

Easy to reach from Heathrow
This hotel was quiet and the connecting walkway was a very gentle walk from the Terminus into the Hotel. Rooms were well equiped. The service was friendly and helpful.
Traveller's tip
Very conveniently situated for travel into London and close to the underground. We spend one night and the next day left for Southhampton so rather than haul our luggage into London and back we spend the night.
