Very Nice Hotel
I stayed at this hotel for personal business (a conference for a group I am part of) but I would consider going back just to explore the area and to sit by the pool. It is very nice. The service was great - the front desk very helpful - and I loved the whole experience.

Great place, but...
We reserved a room for an anniversary night, and loved the looks of the pool/jacuzzi area. Well, the first time we tried to go swimming we were told that someone had defecated in the pool, lots of chlorine had been added to the water and it would be about four hours before we could get in. So, four hours later we returned to find the jacuzzi overrun by kids and drunken adults. Soon after hotel staff went to try to get them all out of the jacuzzi, since it was long after children’s hours, and one of the drunks smashed a glass into the bottom of the hot tub. The staff tried to make it up to us by giving us movies, but that can’t compare with a nice soak! The hotel was otherwise great, and the staff provided truly five star service. I’m certain whoever was there rudely ruining the pool for everyone else will not be invited back, so I’d definitely try the hotel again. It was a very nice place!

Great facilities
Great pool and jacuzzi. Most hotels don’t have sauna’s but this one did, which made me choose this hotel over others in the area. They are one or only closest hotel to Great America. We didn’t go to the park but wanted to get away from the fog and relax in the pool. The downside is there’s a small fee for parking.
