Good value
Very good value. Great location for Covent Garden and Theatres. Newly refurbished modern decor but retaining a classic feel in keeping with the age of the building. Our only gripe was that the air-con wasn’t cool enough. Breakfast buffet was reasonable at £9.99 if booked when checking in. All in all really enjoyed our stay.

Recently refurbished, the tales of stays suffering from a case of the builders certainly weren’t evident here. A fairly well sized room with a consistent level of luxury throughout.

The The Kingsley - formerly Thistle Bloomsbury
This hotel & room was very nicely renovated and the location was fair ... not a bad walk to tube stations. There was no internet access at the time I stayed due to the finalization of the renovation. The hotel staff appologized but offered no compensation. Then the phones didn’t work and I missed some calls. I was completely out of touch which would have been OK if I wasn’t on a ’working vacation’. When they finish the hotel, I would 100% recommend staying there.
