Great Experience
The receptionists was very friendly and was informative about the hotel, she let us know how to get to our room. Once we got to the room I noticed that it was on top of the maintnance room. I thought that would be a problem but not at all. There was no noise, discomfort or anything. We truly loved our stay. Expedia, thanks for a great deal.

Gross
The room was unclean...hair in the bathroom sink, tub, and on the floor. Floor had nasty stains on it. Bed very hard. Do not stay here unless you have to!

Watch out
If you would like a hotel from the ghetto this is the place. The sheets had holes in them, the AC looked like it had not been dusted in about 10 years, and the bathroom, well lets just say I would not walk in there without a Hazmat suit. Not only was the hotel bad but after leaving to continue the road trip I was on I realized I had forgotten my iPod Nano in the room. I had already been driving for 30 minutes and did not want to lose time and knew I would be staying in the same hotel in about a weeks time. I called the hotel and informed them I had forgotten my iPod. I was transferred to housekeeping and I informed them I had left it in the room. A house keeper (name will remain anonymous) hung up on me and I returned the call saying I was hung up on. I was then again transferred to housekeeping. I spoke with the same housekeeper who informed me she found it. She asked me for my name and last name. I gave it to her and informed her I would be back in a week. The housekeeper said it would be at the front desk. I returned a week later and low and behold no one had any clue what i was talking about. The front desk manager was rude and said she could not do anything and would not do anything. The manager said we would have to talk to the GM of the hotel. I asked when that would happen. She informed me the next day around 730 to 800. I said I would be waiting to talk to her then. So the next day I awoke hoping to speak with the GM. 730 rolled around then 830. The same manager was at the desk and seemed annoyed that i was actually waiting to see her boss. She asked me if I just wanted to write down my name and contact info. I informed her no Ill just wait for the GM to show. Annoyed at this the manager decided to call the GM and inform her about me waiting. I spoke with the GM who also had no clue what I was talking about. I gave the GM the house keepers name and the GM said the specific housekeeper would not be in until the next day. Flustered I left the hotel without my $300 iPod. I filed a complaint with their corporate and was later contacted by them telling me to contact the owner of the specific branch. i contacted the owner and she too had no idea and even put the house keeper on the phone. The house keeper told me she never heard from me before and did not know anything about an iPod. The owner left me with "Ill try my best to figure this out." Frustrated with the outcome i looked up other reviews. Turns out I am not the only victim of this place. Just heads up to all who go here.
