Not Ritzy but Nice
This hotel matched the reviews fairly well. I found everything to be satisfactory or better. I did smell stale cigarette smoke in a hallway one evening but it was never problem. I would stay here again.
Bring change (dollar bills and coins) for the light rail.

Well worth it
Easy to get to from major highway; very clean, good customer service. Limited restaurant options with limited menu. Bar only serving until 10 pm.

Disappointed
The soaps were taken away from my room on the second day and never put back. Mold was found on the bathroom ceiling. Free internet access coupon was not offered at the time of check-in. I had to go back to the front desk and asked for it. Front desk attendant didnt ask for my room preference at the time of check-in. Continental breakfast was not included. No skin lotion was available even when we asked the cleaning maids for it. Overall condition of the room was old. It seems that it hasnt been maintained for at least 10 years.
