Wonderful night
Room was very comfortable. One of the quieter places I have stayed at in Chicago. Plenty of room, nicely furnished, terrific location. Bathroom is a little small and shower design is not the greatest for keeping the bathroom floor dry, also not the greatest lighting or set up for putting makeup on. Overall would return in a heartbeat.

Neighborhood Feel in the Big City
Just my kind of boutique hotel -- small, close to the action but with a quiet, private feel. Easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants, just a few blocks from Michigan Ave and a 15 minute walk to Navy Pier. Id happily stay again. Wish they had real complimentary coffee in the reception area in the morning and a computer that guests could use to check e-mail without paying to use the business center, but otherwise its got location location location.
Went to SOFA Chicago, a dazzling exhibition of fine craft. Well worth a weekend trip to Chicago. Saturate your senses with art while youre there -- the Museum of Contemporary Art is just two blocks away from the hotel, the Art Institute a quick bus or taxi ride. Michigan Ave explodes with energy all the time -- but check out the other neighborhoods as well like Old Town and Lincoln Park. North Rush and Oak Street areas have lovely restaurants and small shops so break away from Michigan as well to explore.
