Five star hotel with 3-4 star service
Overall a very comfortable hotel. Restaurant prices are very expensive. Front desk staff speaks English but not very helpful or cordial. Concierge desk very helpful. Hotel private car service outrageously expensive.

Could do with a few more 5 star extras, but overall a good hotel.

Well situated within walking distance of Red Square (15-20 minutes walk) and between two metro stations (Tverskaya and Mayaskaya - 5 minutes walk).

one of the best place to stay in moscow
staff was very friendly and guided us to the point with proper information, offered alternatives so we did not have to face language problem.
