Not Impressed

We do not recommend this hotel if you are interested in getting any sleep. The first night we were there, staff woke us up by rolling huge laundry carts through the courtyard outside our room at 4:30am. The next night, we had to call the front desk at 11:45pm, asking them to please ask the drunks in the courtyard to quiet down, stop screaming foul language, and stop playing the foos ball table that was placed outside. Rather than stopping the noise, the hotel let it continue till 2:45 am. It was very unfortunate, because the day staff was so kind and helpful, and our rooms were delightful. If only we could get some sleep!!!

Traveller's tip on local attractions

If you are staying nearby, be sure to drive up to Hell’s Gate. Take the airtram down to the other side of the Fraser River and enjoy the attractions and the beauty. It was well worth the money!

Nice clean hotel at a great price!

Stayed here for only one night but not disapointed in any way. All the facilities worked including the hot tub. If you’re into the hotsprings though the public pool in the city of harrison doesn’t keep the water very hot.

Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay

Book the deluxe rooms, they have upgraded bed linens, for me that’s what I look for.

save your money

TV and air conditioning did not work. Hotel staff were lethargic and did not appear to be interested in customer service. Hotel was very overpriced for the quality and condition. Local people are allowed to use spa facilities, which is not considerate for paying guests.
