This was my second time staying at this hotel. First let me say the location is absolutely perfect and the landscape of the grounds are beautiful. That being said there were a few negative experiences that includes the fact that the telephone inside the room are not operational, they are more so there for decoration. If i had a problem or needed something i had to walk to the reception desk to let them know. Also there seems to be some locals who actually live permanently on the resort. This hotel needs some serious remodeling and the staff needs to be taught how to be professional. They need to be taught that it is very rude and absolutely disrespectful to hit on a married woman and even more disrespectful to do it directly infront of her husband. My husband and felt really disrespected by 2 male staff members who had no care in the world that we were there as husband and wife on our wedding anniversary.

Great location and hotel staff
Very helpful staff. The hotel rooms are great for sleeping in. Spacious enough to move around and have for family economical vacations.

"On a Budget Vacation"
My family of 3 recently stayed at Crane Ridge in Ocho Rios. We thought the price was great as we were on a budget but needed to get away for a few days. The property is in a great location, central to all the must see spots in the Town. I must however say that management needs to imrpove the overall condition of the property and the beddings expecially the comforters need to be updated. The sofa in the living room also needed to be reupholstered. The convenience of having a restaurant on the property was great! and the food was good. We had brakfast and dinner there. All things considered, it was just ok.
