Unprofessional
I found it to be an okay hotel it looked normal nothing special, but it wasn’t very professional. I was not checked in properly, so at one o’clock in the morning I had an employee barge in without knock or even making himself known. Also the dead bult lock didn’t even work! Then the management said it was a "regular" thing that happened and wouldn’t give a refund or a free night for the inconvenience. Although he gave an upgrade in a room which was better than nothing. Even if i felt unsafe. Oh and you heard planes ALL day.

Nice room for the money in Anchorage, AK
I was under the impression, don’t know why that the hotel was in a country setting. It is not. It is in the city. But, they do serve a pretty good breakfast, and our room was very clean. It is NOT fancy, but we don’t require that in a room because we are never in the room except to sleep. We went to Anchorage on an off time, so there wasn’t a lot of people staying at the hotel, but we heard NO noise at all from any other rooms. All in all, I think it was a good stay.
