Close to shopping but hop skip and jump away so still quiet
Overall, I was very impressed with this hotel. The service was great, and they accomodated my every request. The staff’s English was also very good (which was extremely helpful to me). I would definitely stay again!

Good Choice
The hotel was located steps from old town. The staff was very warm and friendly and the hotel was quiet. The rooms on the first two floors have been renovated, but the upper rooms are a bit dated but acceptable. While the public areas were warm, the rooms had great a/c. Nice bath products. A good choice for a visit to the charming city.

Fabulous Hotel and Staff
Although our room was not huge, it was very comfortable, clean and quiet. It was alsodone in a modern style which pleases me. The staff was excellent and freindly. If I return to Srasbourg, I will definitely go back to the Sofitel.
