not impressed
entrace to hotel horrible, run down buildings and nowhere to park your car which means you pay the hotel $20 a night to park. First day there after 2days on the road was awakened by fire alarm got dressed and down to lobby only to be told it was just a test. One hour later another alarm this time for real I thought, got dressed down and outside the hotel where the fire trucks were and after a waith was told it was another test. Another morning was told that there was a maintenance problem and would have to change rooms which wasted the whole morning of my short 6day stay. Due a credit for one day, still waiting on it though the charges for breakfast $20 per person was quick to go on my card. Loved Scotland did not like the Hilton.

Lovely comfortable accommodation
Great Hotel, very central, very comfortable. Drinks very expensive at bar, £27.00 for 4 drinks was a bit excessive. Breakfast also a bit on the expensive side, if scots are meant to be a bit tight I’m surprised the hotel was so busy, ha, ha. We had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel.
Short walk to Wetherspoons for a very good breakfast at a much better price

The hotel was great with the exception we booked a non-smoking room and were stukc on the smoking floor.
