We spent V-day at this hotel. It was clean & the room was a great size. We’ll be back!

It’s no holiday!
This was a huge disappointment. We’ve stayed in other Holiday Express and been very happy with them. Our room was like an oven! Turned off the heat and slept with the window open.(in Jan.!)Pool and hot tub not clean or hot. Entire hotel was on the shabby side! Someone in another room was smoking and it filtered into our room through the bathroom vent. Our room reeked of smoke! Front desk said nothing could be done. Boo! We will not chose this chain again.
