Too noisy!
Noisy maids in the hall, outside noise despite closed windows. Slept very poorly. Decor nice though.

Posted: 8-Oct-09Dear reviewer, I am sorry to hear that you had a poor nights sleep during your stay. I can assure you that your comments will be discussed in our departmental meetings as staff should not be affecting your stay by making noise in the hall. The hotel does have quiet rooms either facing inward or towards the back of the hotel which can be allocated on request, perhaps on your next visit you will be able to try one of these rooms. Kind regards

Efficient and comfortable
Small but efficient single room. Nice facilities. Good location in central London. Right next to tube stop. Typically inattentive British staff leaves a bit of a disappointment.
Traveller's tip for business travellers
This place has essential facilities but no frills. Right next to Warren Street tube stop.

Incredibly noisy
Smart room and hotel let down by unfriendly, unhelpful service and an incredibly noisy room. Single glazed window overlooking tottenham court road - woken every 20 mins by passing sirens. Would not recommend or go back.

Posted: 6-Oct-09Dear Reviewer, I am sorry to hear that your stay was not to your satisfaction. Unfortunately being a central London hotel we can at times be affected by the noise of the passing traffic. I do hope that if you return you will have the opportunity to experience some of our quieter rooms which are situated on the back of the hotel. Kind regards,
Hotel Management, General Manager
