Disappointing
When one goes to the Ritz-Carlton, one expects top-notch service. I paid for two ocean view rooms and got one partial view so had to change rooms the next day. They said to pack bags and leave in room for staff to move, but this never happened. On Valentine’s Day had a room service fiasco. After waiting one and a half hours I called and they had lost my order. We waited 2 hours and the soup was cold and no bowl for one of the soups. I called for my car and waited 15 minutes and then asked. They forgot about my request and had to scramble to get my car. I brought family and was embarrassed that a fine hotel kept getting it wrong.

Calm and peaceful location.
This is a fun get-away hotel that is close to the bay area. There are lots of places to walk and beaches to stroll on. There is a bag-piper who appears at sunset on the cliffs over-looking the ocean.

Absolutely beautiful
Beautiful property and setting. We had an amazing time. The Ritz can be quite expensive, but we went to happy hour and into town eat. We would definitely go back. Not a lot to do, but relaxing. The Spa was incredible but be sure to book in advance. Sold out during our 3 day stay.
