Room was nice
The reserved a classic king room, and were pleasantly surprised how big the room was. There was a widescreen tv, wet bar and a very comfortable bed and very clean. Our air conditioner was not working properly. We called the front desk and they immediately sent someone to look at it. They rearranged the vents, which helped a bit not it was not completely working. We were disappointed with the valet service. The back parking valet had been closed, according to an employee 6 months ago. The next day we went to the front hotel valet and to our surprise it was full... This was an inconvenience. Apparently they have been cutting staff because we visited the players club room to obtain our cards and we were told they were closed for the evening. We didn’t stay to gamble much at the Riviera, we ended up going elsewhere for that. Overall nice play to stay.

older but pretty good
kind of an old fasioned place, for vegas, far enough away from the throngs further down the strip but still close to the action if you like

The pictures shown of the rooms make them look better than what we got the beds were hard and they won’t change your sheets or towels until you check out
