Best hotel in Dusseldorf
This is no doubt the best hotel I have ever stayed in, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and tidy, the breakfast is more than adequate. We arrived about midnight but there was still afriendly helpful person on the desk who made the whole experience of checking in a pleasure. The staff could not do enough for you all the way from the management to the lady who cleaned our room. Another plus was the mini bar in the room with drinks that cost no more than the hotel bar and this was restocked every day. The hotel is situated less than 3 minutes walk from the main train station, underground, trams and buses but is quiet at night. Recommend this to anyone going to Dusseldorf.
Unless you want to go to a lot of museums by your travel rover ticket from the train station not the tourist information office as it is dearer.

3 star hotel in Dusseldorf
Very pleasant for a 3 star hotel. All of the staff were most pleasant and helpful. They even let guests use their office internet and bring you a cup of coffee and cookie while using it.

A Nightmare!!!!
The hotel is clean and comfortable UNTIL the water pipes kick in at 4.00am and clunk away for a couple of hours. So, if you can sleep through that AND the noise coming from both sides, above and below you because the walls are so paper thin, you’ll be fine!!
