Perfect location
This hotel is located in a perfect position to see all Istanbul’s sights. The staff is helpful, the hotel and rooms are well maintained and comfortable.As an independant hotel it does not reach the standards of luxuary chain hotels but is ofa good standard.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
Use the tram that runs from one side of the river to the other @ 1.50Lira it is a great option.

Great Hotel
This hotel is in a brilliant location, directly opposite the Blue Mosque. It was clean and comfortable with a small but well-equipped room. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was excellent with fantastic views from the terrace. We would thoroughly recommend it.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
When arriving at the airport, get the metro/tram into the city. It involves one change but is really easy and much cheaper than buses or taxis.

Fabulous! What a find!!
It’s hard to imagine a better experience. The hotel is right on the Hippodrome. It’s literally across the plaza from the Blue Mosque and the Aya Sophia. And within walking distance of a number of the other main sites in the district. The service was first rate. Very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable and up-to-date. It’s a charming little place. A great view from terrace at breakfast. And it was about half the price of the other good hotels in the area. Wow!
There are many expensive package tours from this area. But if you’re willing to venture out on your own and take public transportation you can save a lot. We took a daylong cruise of the Bosporus that allowed us three hours at a fishing village with a lovely view of the city and the Black Sea for 20 TL. Compare this to a bus and boat tour for 65 Euros.
