Outstanding
The room was very nice and clean. The Hotel staff was outstanding and very helpfull. The food was very good and enjoyable. The only thing that was bad, is that you had a fee for parking for everyday that you were there. Other than that, everything else was great. I would stay there again if I ever go back to Phoenix.

unfriendly staff, cobwebs in the room. holes in the curtains. horrible smell. and was charged for parking .

Good stay for business
I thought the hotel was a good place for anyone flying into Sky Harbor. The condition of the hotel was good and the staff was very friendly. The location of the light rail was very beneficial.
