Nice hotel, expensive food
Hotel and facilities are very nice, especially the swimming pools. However, food and drink is over-priced at hotel and there is only one evening restaurant within walking distance (La Terazza - 15-20 min walk - very good and reasonably priced, well worth a visit). Taxis have to come from Pisa so very expensive, so only way to get to Tirrenia centre is by car or bus.
Traveller's tip on dining
La Terazza pizzeria/restaurant is a 15-20 min walk from hotel - great food and wine, and very reasonably priced (turn right out of hotel towards Tirrenia).

A great Park
Its a huge hotel with plenty of space. The rooms are cool. They offer the size of a suite. Its near to the beach. You just have to cross the main street and they have a deal with a private beach. The food there was great and we enjoyed the time very much.

Wont stay not recommend this hotel - its the location!
Although staffs were very nice and helpful, I would not stay in this hotel again mainly for its location and lack of things-to-do/places-to-go. -ve: 1. Location - There are absolutely nothing around: no restaurants, nor shops, no cab companies nearby (to get a cab to collect you will cost 40 euros, before they can take you anywhere.). This means that unless you have a car, you have to rely on very posh&expensive 4-course meals served at the hotel for lunch and dinner. Hotel does not offer room-service either, which means that your meal choices are very limited! You can take a bus that runs every hour to go to other towns for a meal, but you need to catch the last bus back which is about 10pm. All restaurants do not open till 8pm. Beach which is 5 mins walk away is not very nice either - you see a massive industrial port town and abandoned construction sites as a backdrop. 2. Lack of Room Service and use of hotel facilities The hotel does not offer room service - so if you want to laze around in your room and order food and drinks at your convenience, you cant. Also the hotel has indoor swimming pool, sauna, and gym facilities, but charge you 12-15 euros per day per person. So that kind of adds up to quite a bit after a week or so. As there are nothing to do around, I think these should be inclusive in your daily rate, personally. So all in all, I would not stay in this hotel again. Its a shame - the hotel could be so much better, but its just not good enough at the moment.
