Great accomodation
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Grand Minerva.Staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were huge, the view from the roof top was great, and location was ideal as it was a short flat walk from the train station and walking distance to most sights. It was also nice to have a quiet big piazza outside. I would thoroughly recommend the hotel. It was excellent.

On top of Florence
We arrived in Florence with the train and from the station it is less than 5 min to reach the hotel. The hotel was friendly, clean, good breakfast. But the reason we booked the hotel was the roof terrace with the pool. A priceless view. Despite all the sights in Florence we spent hours on the terrace. The sunset is stunning to watch from there. Will go back and can highly recommend the hotel.

fantastic find and most impressive swim ever
very comfortable and welcoming hotel in a very good position to be able to explore Florence. the roof top pool was magnificent [ if a little cold] and the breakfast buffet was full of variety with fresh fruit and plenty of different breads and pastries as well as a cooked choice. can’t imagine that there is a better hotel in Florence.
