Excellent Experience
We had several issues such as no cord for DVD hookup to TV, stopped up toilet, etc and we got very prompt responses when we needed something attended to. Not crazy about the 10 a.m. checkout and the standard response of not being able to accommodate a late checkout. It would be easier on last day there to have an 11 or 12 noon checkout. Overall, this condo/hotel stay for 5 nights was excellent! We were about 10 min from town. They also gave us towels for last day that we used to shower with before we went to the airport. We used showers down by the pool so that was cool.

Would stay again
We were on our honeymoon and the condo was better than expected. We weren’t really sure what to expect from a condo because we usually stay in hotels. This was very nice. Just like a hotel minus the room service. They had a pool, golf course, nice views, the landscaping was very well maintained, no parking fee, housekeeping, plus all the great amenities inside! It was very clean and the staff was friendly. It was also close to many things like food and shopping.We would certainly go back!!
carry water with you at the beach, it sounds silly but it gets very hot. Stay hydrated.

ALOHA!
Upon arrival we were upgraded to a two bedroom. The kitchen had everything necessary for preparing meals. I did not use much of the resort anemities that were offered, but did take a free snorkeling class. Highly recommended!! There is a beach less than a mile down the road, to put to practice your new found snorkeling skills and well worth it. All staff were very helpful.
For stocking kitchen go to Costco. For postcards and traditional souvenirs go to WalMart. If you are into sewing like me, WalMart had a large selection of hawaiin prints. The other fabric store was Discount Fabrics, it to should be a stop for that sort of thing. In Waimea there is a resturant called Merrimans. It’s cuisine is considered modern Hawaiin food. Excellent!! Take time to travel all over the island and turn off the main road to anything that peaks your interest or curiousity. It will more than likely be worth the side trip.
