very impressed
The rooms were very large and extremely clean. I had booked an OceanView which was a very nice room, but not too much of an ocean view on the side. I upgraded to a OceanFront and it was very nice having a balcony facing the ocean. Beds very comfy. The cafe in the hotel which served breakfast and lunch was very good and very reasonable.

Great experience for the price
An older hotel but our oceanfront room was very nice and clean. The view was the greatest and hard to find at a cheaper price. The room was quiet - no nosies from the people next door during our 4 night stay, which we consider an unexpected bonus. Personnel were friendly and the parking was free. Hard to beat this hotel. We will definitely be going back there when we want a beach.

Not impressed at all.
The elevator floor didn’t match up so when you stepped out you stepped up too. Our door lock was broken and had to wait in a hot hallway while they worked on it, finally repairing it twice. We were in town for bike week and even though other guests parked their trailers is a parking spot we were told to leave it off premises and it cost 40 bucks to leave it unprotected at someone’s house nearby. They only have one computer and it was used by two women the entire time for shopping online while I couldn’t even check my mail. They should limit rude guests to 15 minutes.
