Not Impressed
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The service was very unsatisfactory and cold. The rooms were very small and uncomfortable. There was no refrigerator in the room. The toilet was broken and instead of moving me and my guest to another room, management decided to try to repair the toilet and ask us to just jiggle the handle... What, that was insane... The overall service horrible!!! The only reason why I stayed at this hotel was because of the covenience of not being on the strip.... I will definitely reconsider next time, but I will not stay at this hotel again...

No frills accomodations, music in casino too loud
A clean, quiet, and comfortable hotel, but no frills. If this is all you need in your hotel room, you’ll be happy here. TV is an old tube-style and gets only limited channels. Soap and shampoo only, no skin cream (so bring your own). Plain walls; no artwork of any kind. Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are all in your room. They charge an $11.17 per night "resort fee" (so add this to Expedia’s low cost to determine what you’ll really be paying). I knew about this when I made the reservation. I’ve stayed here 4 or 5 times. New this visit was BLASTING music (through speakers in the ceiling - not live bands) at ALL times. I found this VERY annoying and took a lot of my casino business elsewhere because of it. I’d certainly stay here again if it wasn’t for this. But I’ll think twice before choosing Fiesta Rancho next time.
