Outstanding service

We found the staff to be friendly & extremely helpful. They went out of their way to answer questions & help us with cab, train arrangements, etc. Also I accidently left a shawl in our hotel room & they were so kind as to mail it back to me in the US. The location of the hotel was great -we were able to walk to most of the main tourist attractions.

basic and clean hotel and would stay again

The Hotel boosts a Spa, all it has is a pool and a person on call to give massages only. The hotel also boosts Wenceslas Square as it’s address, which is a 10/15 minute walk away. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. But disapointed we had to go else where for our plampering.

Traveller's tip

If you want fabulous girlie pampering go to the Ambassdor Hotel in Wenceslas Square they are so helpful and friendly and the treatments heavenly and great value for money.

good choice if you dont mind "bland"

This hotel ticks the boxes but nothing more. The lobby is drab. The rooms are well furnished and v. clean. The pool is cold and the gym is small (one running machine). I would recommend this hotel if you want to be sure what you get but dont want charm and atmosphere. Apart from that everything else was exactly as it should be.

th micro brewery on Jecna down the hill serves great bear and the mexican across the road seems very popular.
