Friendly staff
The staff of the Rapid City Microtel was so friendly and accomodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable for a very reasonable price and the location was easy to find and close to the major streets, roads, shops and restaurants that we needed.

Overall is ok
when we arrived, Our room was occupied by other family even it(room) was reserved 2 weeks ahead. We had to wait about 15 min until the other room was found. But the room we finally got was very nice and clean.

Excellent hotel
I had never heard of Microtel before my stay, but I was very impressed. The room was great, and the housekeeping was phenomenal. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
