Nice, clean hotel

Upon entering the hotel, it is modern, clean and well-maintained. The first day, we got back from our outing and the room was standing open with the security lock flipped open. The clerk was made aware and said this was not the first time housekeeping had done this. The next day, our room was not cleaned due to the Do Not Disturb sign being out, which we did not place there. Otherwise, nice hotel, nice breakfast, but no compensation for our room being left open an entire day, although nothing was missing thank goodness.
