A quality hotel
On the plus side the rooms are large and comfortable (as are the beds). On the down side we could hear the building site over the road sometimes from before 7.00am. The plumbing is also a little noisy. Service was friendly and the hotel is well sited in terms of amenities - lots of restaurants, although the best choice is further towards the Grand Place. I found the Red Light district by accident (near the North Station) but I suppose it has to be somewhere! City 2 Shopping Mall was over the road and proved useful. Loved Brussels and would return anytime.
Use the transport system - 4 Euros for a day ticket - Metro, Tram or Bus. Lots of other offers - e.g. Th e Brussels Card/

Very good hotel, I will for sure go back again!!!
Everything was great. Service was very good, people at hotel were always very attentive to my needs. Buffet bfast in the mornings was very good too. Bathroom, pool area, lockers and everything were very clean. Excellent hotel. Only bad thing was that the heat was central and couldn’t be controlled from inside the room so it was very very hot. I’m very picky with hotels though and I loved this one!!! It’s also very close to shopping area and there are lots of galleries and restaurants around.

Good city for short break
Very convenient location, just off the Metro Station and very close to Big shopping mall with high street shops.
