Comfort and cozy
Good location. Nice, clean, and cozy room. Walking distance to the beach. Even though it’s a little bit walk to the shopping district, it’s still manageable. The hotel front desk staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay
We had a great time. Its close to the beach and to the Collins st. The room was clean and crisp. The complimentary breakfast was good. Service was excellent. The only reason i rated the overall satisfaction a 4 is that the elevator broke as we were checking out. And i had to haul the luggage from the 4th floor. But hey, things happen and if they could have prevented it, they would have done it. Since i had a really great time, i did not care too much about it.

Trendy but not comfortable
The hotel has a trendy appearance and feel to it. However, the customer service was lacking. The front desk was curt, hurried, and less than helpful. The rooms are basic and functional, but not that comfortable. Worst of all, there were noisy parties in multiple rooms the weekend we stayed there. The fire alarm was pulled one evening, waking me from my sleep in the middle of the night.
