The hotel was really nice except they had repairman replacing their TVs on the weekend.

Great Deal
I got a great deal on this hotel, so for the money I was very satisifed. The room was big, the beds very comfortable and the courtyard area was pretty. The shuttle dropped us off right at the collesium which was fantastic. The only problems we had were the air conditioner unit started leaking and soaked the carpet in part of the room and the toilet was clogged when we arrived. They took care of things for us and we didn’t have any other issues after that. I would stay here again.

Great staff makes all the difference
I stayed at the Marriott Oakland Airport on the first and last nights of a 3 week trip with my wife and three kids. On both stays we were impressed with the thoughtful, quality service by all the hotel staff. The hotel is clean, bright, and well maintained. But the personal service and extra effort put forth by many staff members made it a great experience. The shuttle van driver went out of his way to give us rides to/from rental agencies not normally on his route. The front desk people found a larger room that would accommodate a cot. Everyone we passed in the halls, from senior managers to maids and janitors, offered a friendly greeting or thoughtful comment. It is a good hotel. It is a great staff that made for a superb stay.
There’s a shopping center practically across the street with WalMart and other stores to stock up on sundries for an extended stay.
