returned after good experience to a huge disappointment - other hotels nearby with better rates
no wastebaskets; not enough pillows; not enough towels; suite with only very small balcony off extra room with only two chairs; no table for dining - no room for a table - should not have been called a "suite" considering the size; refrigerator didn’t work; specifically requested ocean view but were given "river view" although we were assured that we were valued as returning customers; could not really see river at night and could only partially see it through buildings during the day; experienced constant traffic noise from main bouldevard running alongside the river all day and night and had to keep balcony door closed; hotel being remodeled so restaurant c losed except for a few tables by pool which were always full; conference room used for serving breakfast but unavailable for dinner for no reason; no bar except poolside with plastic glasses, etc.; pool full of beach sand; pull-out sofa in suite only full-size with thin mattress - miserably unconfortable for sleeping - on and on - went back for second visit because we enjoyed the first visit - evidently they don’t value return customers. Won’t go back. Worst beach experience I have had.

Excellent Stay
Very friendly, comfortable and clean! Pool is nice a short walk to the beach.

Decent Hotel, Close to the Beach
One of the best things about this hotel is that it’s close to the beach as well as stores and restaurants. It was a fine place to stay for a few days but the refrigerator was really tiny and barely kept anything cold. Would be nice to have a microwave in the room too. The room could use a paint job as there were many dings and scrapes on the lovely yellow walls. Expected something a little less run down for what I paid. Still, it was clean and safe and everything worked.
