Fine
The hotel felt like it was looked after well. Basic but clean and fair value. Our room out the back was quiet. Close to one of the train stations but a bit of a walk from town. Tram stop right outside.

Very Nice Hotel
Great hotel at a great price - 10-15 min walk from town centre. Limited car parking though. Had a meal in the restaurant which was excellent.

Great Bargain in Lyon
This hotel was a pleasant surprise. We travelled with our two teenagers, so we had two rooms. Both were very clean, modern, and had recently renovated bathrooms. The rooms were both on the 4th floor. Ours was in the back and much quieter than our children’s facing the front of the building. There is a trolley stop about a half block from the hotel that takes you to the train station where you can transfer to other trolley lines, the subway, or a train. Extremely convenient location. There’s a small grocery at the end of the block and a great bakery in the next block. The breakfast is a small buffet in a very lovely room. Breakfast is overpriced, but very convenient. The hotel has two computers with a printer and you buy a user card for 30 or 60 minutes for a reasonable fee. The front desk staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Our french is weak, but their english was marvelous. Caution: there is a small parking lot and the staff was very helpful in securing a spot for us, but this was low season and not many people in the hotel. I’d check about specifics if traveling during high season.
