This hotel needed a good clean, continental breakfast very basic, we were 1 day late due to 30 hour delay at London but would not refund first night charge or give a receipt. Would not stay again or recomend

Very good place for business stay at the right price
Typically stay at Marriott Courtyard on business trips. I needed a more affordable place to stay for a contracting engagement. The Best Western in Brampton provided this. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, room was always clean, continental breakfast available daily, has business service amenities &some rec facilities, and surrounding area had restaurants, shopping, etc. I have chosen to continue to use this weekly. I booked through Expedia for car and hotel package rate.

Not impressed
the room allocated to us had an odour about it , not a fresh odour. The corridor carpets looked very unkempt as if they hadn’t been cleaned since being laid and the paintwork could have done with a new coat, if not a damp cloth over them.
