Great Hotel
Front desk staff are very helpful and nice.

Very unimpressed
In-room movies did not work. Telephone did not work. Hotel staff not friendly . . . not eager to help. Large group of young boys had a party in the hotel. Several rooms called the front desk. After my third complaint . . . at 2am . . . security arrived to handle deliquents. Room smelled of cigarette smoke.

Located conveniently across from West Edmonton Mall, but had to cross a busy street and pass through an underground parking garage after 9pm.

Very Helpful Staff-The lower ticket prices for the West Edmonton Mall made it worth it.
We were able to get passes for the Water Park and Galaxyland at half the price through our hotel. That definately made it worth our stay.
