Convenient location
Very busy hotel in convenient location. Effficient but not particularly personal service. Room clean, comfortable and quiet but painwork a little battered. Did not have hotel breakfast but found a great cafe about 10 mins walk away. Found a good carpark about 10 mins walk away. Convenient for public transport. We used for overnight stay when meeting friends for dinner elsewhere. Would use again if needed to be in this part of London
Best to go to this hotel by public transport but there is a good (but expensive) multistory carpark a few minutes walk away.

Better than expected
Desk personnal was extremely helpful. Room clean, in general hotel was clean & somewhat modern. My only complaint would be a minor one. (the soap & shampoo dispensers are pretty usless, they should use the small samples like other hotels.)

The Swan Pub, & the Mitre Pub (both within a couple of blocks) were great places to eat.

Nice spot
We enjoyed our stay at the Park Inn. Slightly disappointed with lack of soap in the bathroom dispenser, even after asking for a top-up. Otherwise all good.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
Don’t have breakfast in the hotel, it’s overpriced. Take a five minute walk towards Notting Hill and you have a choice of numerous breakfasts - from trad English to Moroccan, Waffles or Turkish. Mmm!
