A Bridge too far
This hotel is badly in need of refurbishment. The public areas suggest 1987 rather than 2007. The food was passable only, the spa falling apart, the pool overheated and cramped. The TV/radio worked to only 50% capacity and the bathroom had no form of ventilation. The mechanical wake up call service was broken - and the physical alternative failed altogether. If this was 4 stars, heaven help the British hotel industry
