Soviet era
ok hotel if you’re on a budget but is very soviet era.Mass concrete used in construction doesn’t lead to great noise control.Could hear some one snooring badly.

Child Beds
The hotel is well situated as far as walking distance to the train station and to the historic center. However, I was surprised at the size of the room. Not only was it small, but the beds were smaller than the single bed I had as a child. A grown adult could easily end up on the floor if you were to turn too quickly during the night. Front desk staff was ok, but not overly friendly as you find in many other hotels. They always seemed busy and sometimes a bit annoyed at questions. Since room was so small, I tried to relax a bit in the lobby but also was a bit small and did not have comfortable chairs, no sofa, etc. One day the wet bath mat was simply folded -- still wet -- and placed back on the shower ledge. Next time I’m going to stay somewhere else.

Great hotel in the middle of town!
Staff was super friendly, great location and great price. Would definitely stay here again. Beds were a little on the firm side but thats a minor quibble. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
