Hotel was Great
We stayed at this hotel for a Green Day concert at US Airways Center, very convenient (within walking distance). It is located just outside of the downtown area and the neighborhood is not the best but so long as you don’t venture outside of downtown seems fairly safe. My only complaint is they advertise a "Full Breakfast Buffet"... the breakfast could have used a little work, by 8:30 they were out of regular coffee and I could have had better eggs and sausage at McDonalds or Burger King The bed’s however were well worth it. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in... wanted to take it home with me.

Very nice hotel
I have stayed here on numerous occasions and it is great. I love how close it is to chase field you can walk and avoid the traffic. My last stay I was right next to the elevator and could hear it as it went up and down but it didnt bother me that much. Overall it is a great hotel that I would recomend to anyone and I plan on staying there again.

Well worth the money
The only downfall was: The room that was reserved 1.5 months in advance, was not ready at the time of our check in. Hour later...everyone was happy.
