The total package!
The hotel has all the amenities required of all age brackets, and is in walking distance to key local attractions. Parking under hotel is very convenient.

Breeders Cup visit
We stayed for four nights in this hotel when we were over for the Breeders Cup at Santa Anita. We were greeted warmly and all of our questions were answered before we had the chance to ask them. The arrangements for travel to and from the course were excellent and free. The restaurant and bar were great, there was free internet and the local area was full of good places to eat. There was free internet access also. The only negative I can think of is that we thought the cost of parking was quite expensive but having said that the car park was safe and secure

Don’t except your room to be ready at check in...
We got to the hotel at 3:15pm, 15 minutes after the stated check in time. A little after 4pm we were finally got to the front of the line only to be told our room wasn’t ready. What?!? What does guaranteed check-in mean? I thought that meant your room would be ready upon check-in. After 20 minutes of asking why the room wasn’t ready and saying, no, I can’t come back later, they "found" us a room. Also, go directly to self parking. There is no valet and you could get stuck in the roundabout in front of the hotel. The bellboy had a vendor block the roundabout while they unloaded their truck. I asked him to have the vehicle moved and he said no, you can wait. The room was nice, but the incompetence of the hotel staff left a bad impression. Needless to say, I won’t stay at this hotel again.
