Great location
great place to stay. really close to main attractions and service was impecable. Only disappointment was probably our fault. We should have paid the extra to have a city view as our window looked onto a brick wall.

Fabulous central location
We stayed in an executive studio, which was compact but had everything that you needed. The room was very clean, the bed confortable and the staff very welcoming. Being in the heart of the city the location could not be better, just a short walk to the bridge, harbours, botanical gardens, station and the opera house. The roof top hot tub is an ideal place to relax after a long day sightseeing, with views of the bridge and harbour throug the sky line. Would definately recomend this hotel to family and friends. The only slight complaint would be the sound proofing of the windows, we were on the seventh floor, but could still hear the city traffic, although it wasnt loud enough to keep you awake, we were surpised how loud it was.
Climbing the Sydney bridge is a must, it is the most amazing experience that last about 31/2 hours, well worth the money. Also try the Captain Cooks sunset dinner, excellent value for money, good food, good service, complimentary champagne and wine with your meal and a wonderffll way to see the views at sunset.

Very Pleasant Hotel
The Mantra provided a wonderful home in Sydney. It is strategicly located within easy walking distance to The Rocks, Arboretum, Circular Quay, Darling Harbour, Opera House, Fish Market and plenty of very fine restaurants. The accomodations are set up as a small one bedroom apartment with a very comfortable bed and lovely accoutrements. A tremendous value. Would definitely select this as my base again.
