smelly
There was a disinfectant (pesticide?) smell that practically knocked us over when we entered the room. We had to air out the room for an hour before we could breathe properly.

Good for the money
I was on a business trip and just needed a place to rest after a full day of work. The hotel is a basic service hotel. It is not expensive in the metro DC/College Park area, but you get what you pay for. The hotel is well-kept. I had several interactions with the person-in-charge at the front desk and I did not feel the courtesy. A plus of the hotel amenities is the free internet in each hotel room for the price I pay. Overall, I’m satisfied and I’ll go back again .

Good hotel for the money
Clean room, people running the hotel were nice. Only problem is it was kind of noisy because of it being located on Route 1. But for the price, it was worth it.
