The people at the Reception were very helpful
I arrived in Brussels late afternoon from New York via London and attended an evening meeting. Had to finish a report after midnight. Neither I, nor a very helpful night porter could get the cable Internet to work. In the morning, the WIFI in the lobby did not work either. My laptop connected to the Internet at Hilton and Sheraton. Very annoying!

Excellent stay
A terriffic hotel well situated for getting around Brussels and the rest of Belgium if you are using public transport. The hotel itself is modern and well equipped and the rooms comfortable. The metro station is almost next door and it is just around the corner from the Gare de Nord. I would certainly stay there again
Just up from the hotel on the other side of the road is a terriffic shopping centre where you can get just about anything. Not open in the evening though
