Perfect for the Theater
Great place to stay. Located right next to Leicester Square where you can purchase up to half price theater tickets at TKTS the day of the show for just about anything. Walked from the hotel to each of the shows. Walked one block to Piccadilly Circus to see "The Thirty Nine Steps." Walked one block through China Town to see "Les Miserables." I would recommend upgrading to the King room. Enjoy

Fantastic location
The location is so central, just 2 minutes walk from Leicester Square, 5 mins walk from Piccadilly tube station. London tour buses stop outside the hotel too. Everything is within 10 mins walking distance. Hotel was lovely, room was clean and hotel was tidy.

So disappointed
The hotel room was very tired, unbelievably old fashioned for a Thistle and quite a miserable experience to stay in. The bathroom was out of the ark and paintwork and wallpaper chipped and torn. OK if you just want to sleep there but very expensive just for that privilege. I will certainly shop around the next time.
