Excellent location
Great hotel apart from my bed which was very uncomfortable. Breakfast good although don’t ask for anything not out on display as you won’t get it, e.g. boiled egg instead of scrambled. Being allergic to milk meant I couldn’t sample the apparently delicious scrambled eggs. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Watch out for thieves in the square near the Cathedral and where the Tourist buses leave from. Very clever double acts out to steal bags from unsuspecting tourists!

Just ok
Good location for major attractions but missing a few things. No alarm clock or iron in room. Also no fan in bathroom which creates a steam bath while showering. Wake up calls were always on time & never failed but would’ve been nice to have an alarm clock. Also no English TV channels. Breakfast was expensive and not included in room rate. Otherwise, very clean & staff was friendly & helpful.

Worth staying!
The room is nice, spacious and clean. Bathroom is also spacious with additional amenities. It was a bit difficult to find, the website said that it is besides Plaza Espanya station, but it was about 300 meters away. However, once you find it, you will realise it was easy to walk to the places where you want to see, shop and eat. Location is therefore convenient. The reception staff is ok but a bit cold, there is no sense of welcoming. Doesnt mind, you only need them for check-in and check-out.
