Nice facility and location, awful service
The Renaissance Riverview Plaza Hotel is an upscale facility, and it is priced as such. Unfortunately, the level of service upon arrival, from the valet to the front desk, was disappointing. There is a level of service that should go with a facility that wants to be upscale, and they seem incapable of delivering .... it’s about the experience, not just the hard assets

Amazing Hotel
My families visit was wonderful. We could not have asked for anything better. Every member of the staff was so nice and always willing to help with any questions.
