Spacious, but a bit creaky
This hotel boast a five-star rating, which it would probably deserve with more care and attention to maintenance. My room was huge, but the shower door didn’t fit properly (floods!) nor did the sink plug (keep water running while trying to wash). The TV was too small for the room, and the aircon was noisy and not very effective. Would normally change rooms, but only needed it to sleep, so didn’t bother. Bed comfy.

Great hotel
We would recommend this hotel - friendly helpful staff, good location and parking on site at reasonable cost, great facilities. (We didnt eat here so cant comment on that)

Needs Improvement
This was the best place to stay in Aachen, however since it was taken over by Pullman Hotels it is obvious they are not investing in upgrading the property. The rate is high, they charge extra for everything, breakfast, internet, parking, meals are exceptionally expensive. Recommend the Novotel for a reasonable deal.
