New Friends in Quebec City
With a steep staircase up into the lobby, our bellman couldn’t be more welcome and helpful. The snow outside was bitter but the warmth inside was comforting. Our room even had a fireplace and quaint shutters onto a beautiful view of the city. Both restaurants in the hotel, although pricey, were worth the convienience and welcome atmosphere. English was spoken without complaint, unlike some other Quebec residents. We would go back for a longer stay without hesitation.

Not Impressed
Everything was just satisfactory with the exception of the one time we ordered room service. The room service was truly horrible.
