Loved everything about it! :)
The hotel staff was very helpful! I forgot some toiletries and they had replacements for me immediately (even gave me a choice of toothpastes). Love that they have check in/check out kiosk that you can use. The shuttle was extremely prompt and I used that to go to the Galleria Mall (which is less than 5 minutes to the hotel). I loved the couch and TV. The beds and linens were super comfy! We will definitely stay here when we go back to Dallas.

Good choice if you want to be close to Galleria Area
The hotel was great. TV and Bedding were awesome, continental breakfast was fair, but they could use some options like adding waffles and chocolate milk. Staff was very professional and polite and the location was awesome. In walking distance of everything. The sofa bed worked great for our kid to crash there. Overall, I will come back to this place again.
Hotel is 2 blocks from Galleria and there is plenty of shops to just walk around. There is a nice bakery about a block from eat with awesoma pastries and food. You can avoid using Dallas North Toll Way and use 635 if you need to go East/West. During breakfast you can pick a tray and take it to your room if you feel their time doesn’t work.
