Dumpy neighborhood, otherwise fine.
A bit of an odd location in a run down neighborhood. Hotel is fine if a tad quirky. Close to shops, restaurants and metro.

Modern accomodations at a reasonable price in the heart of Milan
I arrived to the property around 11 pm, so therefore had to rely on the night auditor to check me in. He seemed disinterested in having to perform that aspect of his job or answer any question that i had, therefore coming across as being rude or dissatisfied with his life. Anyway, the room was modern by european standards and breakfast was very good with plenty of options to start the day off. Close proximity to the central train station is the main reason i would probably stay at Hotel Pasteur again in the future.

There is a Metro subway stazione (station) around the corner, therefore making it easy to commute to another area of Milan in no time.

Probably stay here again
The hotel is a great location for the price. Right near the metro. However the area is a little bit dirtier than the rest of the city and a bit scary when you come home at late hours. Other than that its only a couple stops from the major sites. We had a Quad room which was surprisingly HUGE. 4 separate beds. The bathroom was new and clean. We never woke up in time for breakfast but it is included in your stay. The staff varies. Many didnt know anything we asked but one guy was very helpful and cheerful. I would stay here again for the cheap price unless i could find something that felt a little bit safer
