Very small room
We were very disappointed with the size of the room. The bathroom was lovely and probably half the size of the room. The room was clean and had all required amenities and it would have suited for a one night stay but we were staying for five nights and in those circumstances I think we should have been allocated to a better room. We overlooked the back of the hotel which had no view at all. The room was a little sad and need decorating although the bathroom appeared to have been recently renovated. We requested to move to a larger room but there was none available until the next day and we did not wish to hang around waiting until 2.00 p.m. to change rooms. No other option was offered. The hotel staff was very apologetic. We did not eat in the hotel as we thought the prices were very expensive. The location was perfect but we will chose a different hotel when we return to Nice.

Fantastic place to visit. Easy to reach Monaco by bus and Cannes by train. Very cheap travelling options. Food and drinks expensive but what we expected.

would go back tomorrow !!
Very pleased with the hotel which far exceeded our expectations. a) Location facing gardens beyond which was the sea 100m away b)Room larger than expected with two balconies c) Restaurant Dimly lit.On the one occasion we went in for dinner appx 7.30pm we were the only guests.We didn`t stop. Although several guests had breakfast in the hotel we preferred to eat out.There are literally dozens of cafes within a stone`s throw.

OK Hotel...Location, Location,Location
Best thing about the Hotel is the location. You can walk everywhere. Very good Restaurants within walking distance. The old town, next door. Hotel staff nice, except for Marie(not even french) who wasnt very helpful. We would stay there again, it`s a good bargain
